We are building a digitally focused, ISO-certified dental manufacturing business and are looking for an exceptional dental technician to join as a founding technical partner.
This is not a standard employment role. It is a rare opportunity to help build and shape a modern digital lab from the ground up, with long-term equity, partnership agreement, or profit sharing available for the right person.
About the Business
EvoSmile3D is a next-generation digital dental manufacturing company focused on quality systems, advanced 3D printing workflows, and scalable production.
The business is fully funded, with ISO13485 certification and digital infrastructure in progress, utilising modern additive manufacturing equipment and validated digital workflows.
The Role
As the Founding Dental Technician, you will take technical leadership of production and quality, helping to design workflows, validate processes, and shape the long-term technical direction of the business.
Responsibilities include:
Leading digital production (CAD/CAM, 3D printing)
Quality control and technical sign-off
Developing SOPs and technical workflows
Supporting product development and validation
Training future junior technicians as the lab scales
Initially, this role will start as a paid part-time / flexible consultancy, supporting early-stage development and system design, with progression into a full-time founding role once the lab is operational.
Final structure may include a competitive salary, profit share, or partnership arrangement, depending on experience and long-term alignment.
We would also consider experienced consultants seeking part-time, flexible advisory work during the early phase.
