Role Overview

As a PA/Administrator, you will play a key role in providing professional, efficient, and confidential administrative support to senior stakeholders and the wider team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Team Support 💼

Provide proactive diary and inbox management for senior leaders.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes where required.
Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries.Records Management & Audits 📊

Maintain and monitor archiving systems.
Prepare documentation for quarterly audits.
Manage access control records.Event & Travel Coordination ✈️

Organise business travel and visa arrangements.
Support the planning and delivery of internal and external events.Office & Facilities Support 🏢

Assist with reception duties and visitor management.
Handle document management, filing, and data entry.Health & Safety 🩹

Act as a designated First Aider and Fire Warden.
Oversee Display Screen Equipment (DSE) assessments.Additional Support 🤝

Manage distribution of corporate event and sports ticket allocations.
Provide general administrative support across teams and projects.Qualifications

Proven experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or Administrator within a professional or financial services environment.
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Confident working independently and collaboratively within a team.Work Arrangement

Hybrid - 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
