We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Team Manager to lead our CDD team in ensuring the effective implementation and oversight of our CDD processes. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our compliance framework and managing risk in line with regulatory expectations.

* Oversee shift management, ensuring higher-risk responsibilities are appropriately resourced and prioritised across the team.
* Monitor key processes and team output, reporting inefficiencies or risks to the CDD Operations Manager with actionable recommendations.
* Act as a key escalation point, resolving complex queries, mitigating risk, and working closely with CDD and Risk & Safer Gambling Managers to ensure aligned and effective operations.
