What You'll Be Doing
10. Deliver excellent sales and service across inbound and outbound calls
11. Convert new business leads and retain existing clients

13. Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products from a diverse portfolio
14. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and customer service KPIs
15. Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with FCA standards

About You
Essential Skills & Experience
18. Experience in a contact centre or phone-based customer role
19. Proven success in selling within a regulated environment
20. Strong ability to meet and exceed performance targets
21. Excellent listening, communication and rapport-building skills
22. Team-focused with a positive, results-driven attitude
