We are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment consultant to join our finance department at Service Care Solutions. This role offers a clear career path with opportunities to develop into a management position, including building your own team.
The position involves working with an existing client base and expanding into new business through Business Development. You will be liaising with senior professionals daily, so strong communication skills are essential. The role covers temporary and permanent recruitment across the public sector, private practice, and in-house markets, with scope for growth.

* Experience in finance recruitment (permanent or temporary) is highly desirable.
* Proven business development skills and experience in growing markets.
* Ability to generate leads, secure new clients, and drive recruitment sales.
* Capability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to negotiating offers.
* Focused, resilient, and passionate about success.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
