As a Senior People & Culture Advisor, you’ll play apivotal role in ensuring our operations align with our vision, mission, and values. You’ll provide high-level HR expertise across the business, supporting continuous improvement, compliance, and a safe, inspiring work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Championand grow Sorted’s culture in line with our values.
* Provideexpert HR advice to staff and managers nationwide.
* Practicalexperience in supporting and leading ER processes.
* Manageend-to -end Recruitment and onboarding
* Contributeto policy reviews and SOP’s
* Leadand support employment relations practices, including conflict resolution,exit processes.
* Supportstaff training and development, linking peer reviews to trainingopportunities.
* Overseerecruitment, selection, induction, and talent management processes.
* Promoteand maintain high standards of health, safety, security, and sitecleanliness.
* Fosterfriendly, professional, and timely communication with staff, customers,and suppliers.
What We’re Looking For
* Atleast 2 years’ experience in a similar HR role, with a strong generalistbackground.
* Experiencewith HRIS systems and blue-collar recruitment.
* Tertiaryqualification in Human Resources, Health & Safety, or a relateddiscipline (Level 4 H&S certificate or diploma preferred).
* Strongorganisational skills, attention to detail, and a positive, team-orientedattitude.
