Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners? Do you have the drive to support and inspire students to achieve their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant team at a secondary school in Romford.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups to enhance learning and academic achievement.
- Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the classroom environment to facilitate a dynamic educational experience.
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress and contribute to planning inclusive learning activities.
- Encourage students' independence, self-confidence, and engagement in the learning process.
Requirements:
- A genuine passion for education and the well-being of children.
- Previous experience in a support role within an educational setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to varying educational needs.
