We’re recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing company in the construction design sector, looking to add a Technical Coordinator to their collaborative team. You’ll act as a key link between the design and project teams, ensuring technical drawings and information are accurate, aligned, and efficiently delivered across all stages of a project.
Key Duties:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential; 3D/Revit a plus)
Understanding of construction workflows and detailing
Strong organisation and version control skills
1-2 years in a technical/design support role
Relevant qualification (HNC/HND or degree in Design, Construction or related)
Experience with roofing, waterproofing or insulation layouts is highly beneficial
What We’re Looking For
Coordinate between designers and project teams
Produce and amend 2D CAD drawings (e.g., insulation layouts, roof falls)
Manage technical documents and drawing registers
Support with compliance packs and handover documents
Respond to technical queries and assist project coordination
