Were supporting a residential delivery partner on a live site in the Potters Bar area delivering traditional new-build houses.
This is not remedial work and not retrofit.
This is straightforward, plot-by-plot new build.
Foundations are already completed.
What Youll Be Doing
* Brick and blockwork on traditional new-build houses
* Working to drawings and site instructions
* Maintaining good line, level and finish
* Keeping your plots clean and tidy
What Were Looking For
* ? Proven experience as a bricklayer on new-build housing
* ? Valid Skilled Bricklayer CSCS card or Skilled Worker certificate (minimum requirement)
* ? Able to work independently on plots
* ? Reliable and professional approach
* ? Own tools and transport
