Salary £13.45 per hour Vehicle Shunter Location: Dundee Seagate Bus Station Salary: £13.45 per hour Role Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable Vehicle Shunter to join our team at Dundee Seagate Bus Station. This role is ideal for someone who can work on their own initiative, take responsibility for site security, and consistently maintain high operational standards. This position will also play an important role in supporting our transition to electric vehicles, working with our new Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure as part of our move towards a greener and more sustainable operation. Key Duties and Responsibilities Charging company vehicles using our new Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure, ensuring all safety checks and correct procedures are followed Maintaining vehicle cleanliness to the highest standards Carrying out basic vehicle checks Sweeping, mopping and sanitising vehicle interiors Locking up and securing the bus station at the end of the shift, ensuring the site is left safe and secure Training and Qualifications Full UK Driving Licence (essential) – PCV essential Coach and bus interior cleaning Van or car cleaning Any other cleaning-related role Hours of Work 5 days over 6 Working days: Monday to Saturday Hours: 17:30 – 22:00 Scope for overtime, subject to operational requirements What We Offer Competitive rate of pay: £13.45 per hour Free bus travel for up to three bus passes (conditions apply) Company pension scheme 34 days’ holiday including public holidays (after qualifying period) Additional annual attendance holiday scheme Full PPE and training provided Our Commitment to Inclusion Stagecoach is a workplace where everyone can be themselves.
