Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fabrication although consideration will also be given to candidates requiring additional training. An ability to work with various materials, including stainless steel and aluminium. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
* Perform TIG welding stainless steel and aluminium and other welding techniques as required.
* Fabricate components and structural, chassis, bodywork and performance part using hand tools and power tools, ensuring precision and accuracy.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to execute projects effectively.
* Assist with motorsport projects, custom builds an parts development.
* Collaborate with design, engineering and testing teams.
* Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols.
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
Skills
* Proficient in TIG welding and other welding methods relevant to the industry.
* Proven ability to weld stainless steel and aluminium to a high standard.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Meticulous attention to detail, good workmanship habits. If you are passionate about welding and fabrication, possess the necessary skills, and are eager to contribute to our team's success.
* Experience with fabrication processes, including working with tube and sheet metal.
* Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in welding and fabrication tasks.
* Interest in motorsport and performance engineering (desirable).
* Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations related to projects.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£16.30 per hour
