THE ROLE:
* You’ll manage a varied caseload of property matters, including: Sales and purchases, Transfers of equity, Refinances, Landlord and tenant issues and Easements
* Prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
* Deliver an exceptional standard of client care
* Apply technical knowledge to a broad range of property transactions
* Play a key role in business development and cross-referrals
* Supervise and delegate tasks to trainees and paralegals
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* You are a newly qualified solicitor with experience in residential or commercial conveyancing
* You have a strong academic background and are ambitious to develop a career in agricultural and rural law
