Our client is a well-established and growing claimant law firm to recruit a solicitor or chartered legal executive into their personal injury department working on a range of Occupiers’ and Public Liability (OL/PL) claims. Your new role
This Personal Injury Lawyer role will see you:
1. Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
2. Drafting legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements
3. Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy
4. Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation
5. Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
6. Ensuring cases are advanced efficiently to maximise oues
7. Working within a target-driven, fast-paced environment
8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and procedural rules
What you'll need to succeed
9. Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive with 1+ year PQE
10. Managing a caseload of OL/PL claims from cradle to grave
11. Drafting legal documentation, including pleadings and witness statements
12. Conducting legal research and advising clients on case strategy
13. Negotiating settlements and progressing matters through litigation
14. Representing clients at hearings where appropriate
15. Ensuring cases are advanced efficiently to maximise oues
