Role Overview
The Account Manager will manage client relationships, understand financial needs, and deliver customized solutions. The ideal candidate has brokerage experience and a strong finance background.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and nurture client relationships through telesales, social media, trade events, and networking.
2. Offer finance solutions including asset finance, commercial loans, invoice finance, and property finance.
3. Analyze clients’ financial requirements and documentation to tailor solutions.
4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs.
5. Prepare proposal documents and finance applications.
6. Research prospects to maximize engagement.
7. Maintain professionalism in communication.
8. Report fraud and money laundering concerns.
9. Adhere to Treating Customers Fairly principles.
10. Collaborate with fellow Account Managers.
Requirements
1. Experience in client-facing sales, preferably telesales.
2. Experience in the finance sector, especially as a finance broker, is highly desirable.
3. Ability to analyze financial information and present solutions.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.
5. Professionalism and commitment to client satisfaction.
6. Knowledge of fraud prevention and industry regulations.
7. Willingness to learn and improve skills.
