We are now seeking an experienced and driven Home Manager to lead this outstanding service into its next chapter.

What We’re Looking For
* A confident, strategic, and inspiring leader
* Proven track record in managing large residential or nursing homes (50+ beds)
* Commercially astute, with the ability to grow occupancy and optimise fee levels
* Strong team-building and staff retention skills
* Clinically qualified (desirable) with a background in delivering clinical excellence
* Strong local connections and the ability to build meaningful partnerships
* A commitment to compliance, quality, and person-centred care
