You’ll have access to excellent resources, continuous support from the SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator), and regular opportunities for professional development.
Ideally, we’d love to get you cleared and familiar with the school before Christmas — so you can meet the team and start the new term with confidence.

Useful skills include:
* Excellent communication and active listening
* Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence
* Adaptability and problem-solving skills
* Teamwork and reliability
* A positive, can-do attitude
Requirements
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (we can help you apply)
* Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration (we’ll assist with this too)
* Two recent references from employers or relevant roles
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
