We are offering an exciting opportunity for a qualified and experienced Paralegal to join our growing Legal team. This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their existing experience within a supportive, high‑performing in‑house legal function.
You will play a key role in mitigating legal risk by providing property‑related legal support across our lending operations. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a developing team and influence how legal services are delivered across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Reviewing, interpreting and advising on title documentation under the supervision of Solicitors
* Supporting the delivery of legal services across the lending lifecycle
* Submitting applications to the Land Registry, including mortgage discharges
* Handling property‑related queries within the Property Legal Team, within scope of experience
* Conducting legal research and summarising findings clearly
* Providing general legal and administrative support to the wider team
Skills & Experience
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
* A strong interest in property law, with relevant paralegal experience
* Confidence working with a range of stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment
* Proven capability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
* Excellent attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in a property department within a law firm or in‑house legal team (desirable)
