Job Overview
We are hiring Full‑Time Sales Assistants to join one of our exciting stores based in Warrington. This is a full‑time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be fully flexible, Monday to Sunday.
We do not look at CVs – just your answers to our application questions about customer service. If you have the availability we’re looking for and show an initial spark for delivering great service, we believe you deserve an interview! The Role
As a Sales Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our business. You will showcase our diverse products and go above and beyond for every customer. Your number one objective is to help provide the best shopping experience for our guests. You will ask insightful questions to understand each customer's needs, present products with style and pairings, and create a first‑class shopping experience through exceptional service, attitude, and behaviours.
About You
We are looking for outgoing, friendly, organised, and can‑do attitude people. You should be approachable, confident, and able to engage customers in enthusiastic conversations. Prior experience is not required.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Make our customers feel like VIPs with your service, ensuring they leave with smiles and a great impression of your shop.
* Become a pro on all our products, helping customers make choices that suit their needs and preferences.
* Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers.
* Team up with your colleagues to hit store targets, keeping the shop floor fun and delivering excellent service together as a team.
* Keep our store sparkling clean and inviting, maintaining an organised and visually appealing store environment.
* Dive into training sessions with excitement, soaking up knowledge to grow personally and professionally.
* Stay up to date with current trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
* Handle transactions with a smile, ensuring every purchase is a perfect conclusion to a shopping experience.
