This lovely nursery in Berkhamsted are looking for passionate and experienced practitioners to join their growing setting. Ideally level 3 or above practitioners, or experienced level 2 practitioners. Working a 40 hr week salary is up to £27,662 depending on qualifications and experience, with loads of great benefits and future career progression with this growing provider.

Requirements
Ideally you will have
Have a minimum Level 2 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
Have at least 1 year's previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
Can inspire, energise and support others
A genuine passion to make a difference
Has a genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
