Role Overview
Working as part of aUK Operations Training team, this role is responsible for theend-to-end training experience at site, including induction (Day 130/60/90), operational skills development and compliance training. The role ensures the training matrix remains accurate, supports managers in meeting statutory requirements, and drives a consistent training standard across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery
* Plan and deliver structured blended training programmes, including site induction and operational skills training.
* Support the development and maintenance of training materials, SOPs and on-the-job training plans.
* Coach and assess colleagues to confirm competence in critical tasks.
* Deliver internal train-the-trainer programmes.
Training Governance & Compliance
1. Maintain the site training matrix and ensure all mandatory and role-specific training is completed.
2. Coordinate health & safety, technical, environmental and compliance training.
