We are seeking an experienced and motivated Shift Warehouse Manager to join our clients team at Magna Park. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations during your shift, ensuring efficient workflow, and leading a team, including shift team leaders, to meet performance targets.
Job Title: Shift Warehouse Manager
Location: Magna Park, LE17
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: 4 on 4 off, 8 PM - 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of shift team leaders and warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and evaluate shift performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of parcels and inventory management.
- Collaborate with upper management to optimize warehouse processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly in start-up environments and parcel handling.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team, including shift team leaders.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes.
