Responsibilities
* Assist in the implementation of individualised care plans for clients in their own homes
* Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
* Utilise IT systems for documentation and reporting
* Drive to different locations as required for home care visits
Qualifications
* Right to Work in the UK
* Previous experience in a home care or similar setting is desirable
* A full UK driving license with access to your own vehicle
* Ability to follow care plans and provide person-centred care
* Proficient in English, both verbal and written
* Knowledge of home care practices and procedures
* Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes
* Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents and team members
