Job Description:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for increasing revenue in Germany through the company’s product portfolio. This involves managing and growing existing Tier 2, 3 & 4 accounts, developing new customer relationships, and pursuing new opportunities from prospect to partner, in alignment with the company's brand, values, and mission. The role reports to the Germany Country Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account Management of Tier 2-4 Accounts: Conduct regular customer reviews and maintain positive relationships.
* Business Development: Convert leads, contact major customers, forecast sales, maintain CRM pipeline, and generate demand campaigns.
* Event Activities: Promote events, manage event-specific pipelines, and coordinate with VIP customers.
* Delegate Calls/Meetings: Respond to customer feedback, conduct calls, and support company events.
* Other Responsibilities: Manage targets, invoicing, customer service, and uphold company brand and mission.
