Job : Regional Retail Manager
Salary : £34,000 plus a discretionary London Weighting Allowance of £3000 per annum pro-rata

Responsibilities:
As a Regional Retail Manager with WBAC you will optimise regional purchase objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees within the area; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, enforcing policies and procedures.
You will:
1. Manage and Motivate Retail Branch Managers across the region to drive performance
2. Participate in daily conference calls
3. Conduct weekly 1-2-1’s with Buyer Development Leaders
4. Do daily branch visit’s across the region
5. Maintain good working relationships with key contacts and clients
Requirements:
6. Full UK Driving Licence
7. Experience in a Regional Manager / Area Manager role
8. Excellent at driving high performance through team
9. People management experience
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Strong leadership skills
12. Highly organised and able to multi-task
13. Strong levels of numeracy and business acumen
