The Opportunity
This newly created role places you right at the centre of customer relationships. You'll be the trusted technical voice for retail partners - protecting standards, solving problems, and driving improvements from field to fork.
You'll work hands-on with:
* Retail customers
* Internal Technical & Operational teams
* Product, packaging & sustainability projects

What You'll Be Doing
1. Act as the go-to technical contact for retail customers
2. Manage customer technical requirements, specifications, and standards
3. Lead responses to technical queries, complaints, and risk assessments
