Responsibilities
* Support Fire and Security management of civic buildings, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
* Open and close key buildings, like the Civic Centre and Magistrates Court, according to operational requirements
* Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a polite, helpful, and supportive presence
* Work independently or in teams to deliver fire and security management services
* Respond promptly to fire incidents or emergencies, ensuring effective evacuations and safeguarding life and property
* Vigilantly monitor for security threats or fire safety breaches and take necessary actions to mitigate risks
* Act as the security officer for the buildings, maintaining safety for staff, visitors, and operations
