Wood Transmission & Distribution Ltd are recruiting for an accomplished Senior Operations Manager to manage our EHV Cabling Projects across Scotland.
You will have demonstrable knowledge & experience in tendering, developing, managing and delivering largescale EHV cable projects, safely to time and to budget working with Cabling Transmission and Distribution Network Operators such as SSE. Due to the growth trajectory within our cabling division, this position will be across the whole of Scotland, predominantly in the Highlands initially.

Who We Are Looking For
Qualifications:
8. Degree qualification in Engineering or related field.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
9. Track record of successful operational delivery within relevant industry sector
10. Broad understanding of the industry and networking capability
11. Experience of customer facing communication
12. Strong relevant technical expertise or commercial/business leadership of a technical organisation
13. Understanding of management systems
14. Knowledge of current QHSE and other legislation as applicable in the industry
15. Team building skills – motivating people, proactively enabling cross functional best practice
