Join our team at Publicis Health as a HR Advisor! ! In this role, you'll be an integral part of our wider Publicis Groupe Talent community, collaborating with experts across the group to develop your skills and contribute to broader people initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include building strong partnerships with our managers and leaders, ensuring alignment with business needs, and delivering projects to a high standard. You'll also handle employee relations issues, providing guidance on matters like underperformance and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Additionally, you'll support operational aspects such as GDPR compliance, payroll oversight, and HR system maintenance. Communication and collaboration are key, as you'll work closely with our Talent Coordinator, ReSources HR, and other team members to effectively communicate and achieve our goals.
Your role will also involve talent acquisition, ensuring fair compensation and smooth transitions for new hires, as well as driving performance and career development within our agencies. Championing inclusion, celebrating diversity, and promoting employee wellbeing will be central to your responsibilities.

Qualifications
1. You’ll have proven commercial experience in a Human Resources role, building relationships with people across all levels
2. You’ll have demonstrable experience in the effective and fair management of various employee relations issues, including underperformance, disciplinary, grievance and restructuring
3. You’ll have a ‘can do’ attitude and a continuous improvement mind-set
4. You’ll be a naturally curious person
5. You’re inclusive and approachable and demonstrate a commitment to fostering a culture where everyone can thrive and be themselves at work
6. You’ll make decisions which are fit for purpose and grounded in HR best practice, even when the circumstances may be ambiguous
7. You’ll be able to handle confidential and sensitive information
8. You’ll have experience of working with a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Microsoft Office, social media platforms and an interest in new and emerging technologies
9. You’ll ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and have, or be working towards a CIPD qualification
10. The position will be located in West London but may involve occasional travel to our Windsor office.
