We are recruiting for three Lead Reliability Engineers to lead teams in Kent, Sussex, and Hampshire. Your role will involve creating and implementing strategies to maintain assets at high standards, increasing reliability, and minimizing downtime.
You will manage up to four direct reports, coaching and developing team members through relevant training in reliability engineering, maintenance techniques, and best practices for sustainable asset management.
Your responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of reliability strategies such as RCM, PM, and CBM, ensuring cost-effective and compliant maintenance, analyzing asset performance data, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
You will ensure assets are utilized efficiently throughout their lifecycle, from acquisition to decommissioning, through effective maintenance and reliability strategies. You will also prepare reports and performance summaries for senior management, demonstrating the effectiveness of reliability initiatives.
Success in this role requires strong leadership and management skills, experience with electrical, ICA, and mechanical assets, knowledge of Reliability Analysis Techniques (RCM and FMECA), and familiarity with asset criticality.
