Junior Data Scientist

Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior data scientists and consultants to identify client needs and develop data-driven solutions
* Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques
* Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through data visualizations and presentations
* Work on multiple projects concurrently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
* Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with industry advancements in data science and related technologies
* Assist in developing proposals and contributing to the growth of the AIM Reply
About the Candidate:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in statistical analysis and machine learning
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
* Ability to work in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
