An exciting opportunity to become part of a world leading IT and digital transformation business with offices across the globe.\nBased within Strathclyde Business Park, you will join the team in a multifunctional role where you will be crucial to the smooth operations within sales administration as well as supporting colleagues and teams across departments, contributing to the overall success of the business.\n\nWhilst carrying out your role you will be supported through a Business Administration Apprenticeship gaining an industry recognized qualification.\n The Role:\nYour key tasks and learning will include:\n\nâ¢\tManaging the Sales Administration (SA) mailbox, ensuring emails are managed and dealt with on time.\nâ¢\tInvoice processing/quoting/ordering using company's bespoke software.\nâ¢\tKeeping Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems up to date\nâ¢\tAnswering calls, recording and dealing with customer enquiries\nâ¢\tManage and record supplier contact/relationship.\n The person:\nâ¢\tNat 5 in English and Maths as a minimum\nâ¢\tConfident in communicating across all platforms. \nâ¢\tExcellent attention to detail\nâ¢\tDesire for continued learning and improvement\nâ¢\tKnowledge of all MOS suites with experience in using Excel, \nâ¢\tAbility to multitask across different departments.\n
