We are searching for multiple Cover Supervisors to work across Hertfordshire. Veritas Education is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to the position of Cover Supervisor. The successful candidate will be working in classrooms directly with students and will provide effective supervision of whole classes during the absence of teachers. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, self-motivated, well-organised, flexible, and always working to support and motivate students.
About the Cover Supervisor role:
This Cover Supervisor role is suitable for someone who has previous experience in the education sector. This is a day-to-day position with the opportunity of becoming a full-time Cover Supervisor. The schools are seeking enthusiastic and highly motivated Cover Supervisors to cover from KS3-KS5.
The ideal Cover Supervisor candidate will:
* Be comfortable being the only adult in the classroom.
* Have good behaviour management skills.
* Be passionate about working with young people and have a desire to see each student achieve the best of their potential.
* Have the versatility to work across different classrooms.
