Based within the Learning and Development Department, this role will be working within the Qualifications team to coordinate and provide comprehensive support for employees pursuing professional qualifications. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for managing logistics to ensure continuous assistance is available to students throughout their studies, engaging with students, study mentors, line managers and qualification providers to assess development needs and apply technical expertise to develop suitable solutions.
