About the Role Teaching Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking, inclusive primary school in Moston that is looking to welcome a dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to their team. This is a full-time role starting in January. As an HLTA, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality learning experiences. You will support the class teacher with planning and teaching, work closely with individual pupils and small groups, and help ensure every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Support teachers with planning and delivering lessons across the curriculum! Lead targeted interventions for individuals and small groups! Assist with classroom management and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere! Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development! Prepare learning materials and support with administrative tasks! Provide tailored support to pupils with additional needs! Maintain strong communication with teachers, parents, and the wider staff team!
