Job Description
* Build strong relationships with OTR and fleet companies, identify their needs, and obtain beneficial referrals.
Maintain a flexible approach and ensure effective communication across all levels, influencing different personalities within the team and clients.
Evaluate customer needs and recommend suitable patterns.
Support the SVP Tires in preparing and establishing realistic forecasts and sales targets, including product mix and sales volume for the OTR, Fleet, industrial segment, and tenders.
Supervise the timely collection of due receivables from customers/companies.
Control the costs of the sales team area and ensure compliance with the established budget.
Inspect tire claims and operations, and recommend suitable solutions for fleet companies.
Identify business threats and opportunities with GB Auto’s customers, and take necessary actions to protect and optimize business, including participating in public tires awareness events (factories, travel business, heavy machinery, public transportation buses, and private subcontractors).
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Special Certification or Training: Fleet and OTR technical training.
Industry Experience: 10-12 years in the OTR and industrial tires industry.
Technological Skills: Very good command of Microsoft Office Suite.
Language Skills: Very good command of spoken and written English.
