Job Summary
As a key member of our Engineering team, you will:
Respond promptly to guest repair requests and communicate effectively to resolve issues.
Perform installation, maintenance, and preventative care on tools, appliances, and equipment.
Calibrate controls, gauges, and meters; identify and operate all shut-off valves.
Manage inventory, order parts, and maintain purchase logs.
Inspect and maintain tools and machinery, and enter work details into computer systems.
Operate power lifts and assist with minor plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
Keep accurate daily logs of maintenance and safety activities.
What Were Looking For
Technical, trade, or vocational background.
Previous maintenance experience with expertise in at least one specialty (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, masonry, etc.).
Hospitality experience is a plus.
Guest-focused, confident working independently and in a small team.
Eager to learn, enthusiastic, and a strong communicator.
Flexible to work 5 out of 7 days, including early (8:00am4:30pm) or late shifts (9:30am6:00pm), plus weekend shifts (8:30am5:00pm) including bank holidays.
