About the role
We’re seeking a talented Early Careers Specialist to join our DeepTech team in Bristol on a 12-month FTC. Our Talent Partners work with top companies like Snyk, ASOS, and Portswigger. We focus on outcomes, data-driven decisions, and innovative people strategies. We aim to hire and retain the best talent professionals worldwide.
Responsibilities Include:
* Visiting clients twice a week to build relationships.
* Developing attraction and delivery strategies for Early Careers.
* Building relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
* Advising on recruitment best practices and assessment processes.
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and niche role headhunting.
* Partnering with hiring managers.
* Conducting recruiter screens and interview debriefings.
* Maintaining accurate data for stakeholder influence.
* Delivering weekly and monthly reports.
* Participating in project team meetings.
* Designing solutions and proposing new ideas.
* Sharing knowledge and conducting training.
* Staying informed on market trends.
Skills Required:
* Deep recruitment experience in Early Careers.
* Strong headhunting and delivery skills.
* Experience in in-house, RPO, or agency recruitment.
* Problem-solving and solutions-focused mindset.
* Adaptability to change.
* Strategic thinking.
* Positive energy and outlook.
* Big-picture thinking.
