THE ROLE:
We are seeking an energetic, driven, and ambitious Assistant Manager/Bar Manager to lead our team at BOOM BATTLE BAR. A passion for hospitality and guest experience is essential. You will report to the General Manager and franchisee.
Requirements include:
1. At least 2+ years of hospitality management experience
2. Basic knowledge of stock taking, GPs, ordering, managing a medium to large team, and health and safety compliance
People-focused leadership is crucial. You should thrive on developing talent, leading from the front, and empowering your team to grow and succeed.
Ideal candidates will excel in high-energy, wet-led environments, maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Your organizational skills will ensure smooth operations, overseeing the venue and staff, and participating in recruitment and staff development.
