Job Description
CDL have been supplying logistics companies in Bristol and the surrounding areas for over 20 years.
We are currently looking for HGV 1 night drivers to cover ad-hoc contracts.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to);
completing vehicle checks and reporting defects
providing a professional service, ensuring goods are delivered safely and efficiently
completing relevant paperwork relating to deliveries and collections
communicating with clients to ensure timely deliveries and collections
navigate road closures and re-routes efficiently
This position requires the following: full category C+E licence
valid driver qualification card (CPC)
valid digital tachograph card
right to work in the UK
good communication skills
Candidates must present themselves in a professional manner, have a positive attitude towards work and be able to work with time-sensitive deliveries/collection.
