A new opportunity has arisen at our Torbay contract. As the Council's strategic partner, we are integrating the wider health and social care systems across Torbay to deliver and embed a cultural change programme that uses technology as the first line of response.
We are seeking a Service Center Manager (TEC) responsible for developing and executing the Torbay TEC service model. You will be accountable for delivering the TEC programme and operational management, leading relationships with the commissioning team and key stakeholders, and optimising business processes.
What you’ll be doing
1. Deliver operational experience
2. Manage and lead all aspects of the contract including contract management, operations, customer service functions, inventory, P&L management, and resource management
3. Work with central services to develop and implement the tendered model, developing strategies and objectives to ensure contract KPIs are achieved
All about you
1. Demonstrable experience in developing and successfully executing strategic and business plans, with the ability to write and develop standard operating procedures
2. Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance measures, with attention to detail in reviewing and approving expenditure, analyzing data, and preparing reports
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas confidently to key influencers and decision-makers in NHS commissioning bodies, internal senior management, and private organizations
4. Significant experience in the TEC environment, with proven achievements in this sector, and a good understanding of the healthcare and social care equipment market
