The Role
We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow Skreen's client base. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative tech company at an early stage, with significant potential for the role to expand into a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in recruitment agencies, HR departments, and talent acquisition teams
2. Outbound Sales: Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities
3. Product Demonstrations: Present Skreen's platform to prospective clients, showcasing our AI-powered CV scoring and interview capabilities
