An exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised toy company business with an outstanding reputation for innovation, collaboration, and people development. They have some of the coolest brands on the market both in physical toys and gaming.
We are looking for a highly organised and commercially minded Sales Operations Manager to help drive operational excellence across a fast-paced UK & Ireland sales organisation, leading a team of 4 direct reports.
Candidates from FMCG, consumer goods, toys, food & beverage, household, personal care, or other branded product environments are all encouraged to apply.
This role will play a critical part in enabling frontline sales teams to focus on growth, customers, and execution while leading a high-performing support function behind the scenes.
This is far more than a traditional sales support role, it’s an opportunity to influence processes, improve scalability, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and shape how a best-in-class commercial organisation operates.
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and developing a Sales Support team, creating clarity, accountability, and high performance
• Driving operational excellence across forecasting, customer administration, retail processes, and reporting
• Improving workflows and standardising processes to create greater efficiency across the commercial function
• Supporting key retail meetings, customer planning cycles, launches, and major commercial events
• Acting as a key liaison point across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations
• Helping scale and professionalise support structures as the business continues to grow
What we’re looking for:
• Experience within FMCG, branded consumer products, retail, or similar fast-moving commercial environments
• Previous leadership or team management experience
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• A process-driven mindset with the ability to improve operational effectiveness
• Comfortable working across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong Excel / reporting / systems capability (SAP or Salesforce experience beneficial)
