To further our mission, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative within the SaaS space to drive revenue and growth for Pencil through lead generations for our ENT sales team.
In the position of Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will have a crucial role in driving revenue growth through outbound activity of acquiring enterprise leads.
As a SDR at Pencil you will support the ENT sales team by identifying and qualifying new leads, building opportunities and scheduling meetings and demos directly for the sales team. You will be an instrumental part of the business focusing on bringing net new clients to Pencil. Both prospects outside of the parent company the Brandtech Group (BTG) and existing BTG clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with potential clients based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You'll explore new opportunities beyond the BTG Group, as well as engage existing BTG clients. This role covers the global market, with a focus on the UK and US.
Keep leads warm and engaged by creating personalised outreach sequences for those not quite ready to buy yet, so they're ready when the time is right.
Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to make sure every lead is fully qualified using BANT or CHAMP methods. You'll help plan the best way to engage clients and set them up for success.
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email, phone (via Lusha and Apollo), and Salesforce to track your leads, stay organized, and capture important details.
Meet monthly targets focused on qualified leads and leads that generate revenue.
Relevant Experience:
Must have 1+ years of experience in enterprise lead generation within SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success.
Strong communicator who can clearly and confidently explain complex ideas in a simple and engaging way, both in writing and speaking.
Highly self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative, with the discipline to consistently drive results.
Comfortable with cold outreach and consistently putting in the work through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Passionate and curious to learn about the product, customers, and the AI market.
Proficient with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and familiar with digital marketing tools and platforms.
