Head of People | London |
Interim 3–6 Months | £85,000 pro rata
We’re looking for an experienced Interim Head of People to join a respected education group in London during an important period of change and development.
Reporting to the CEO and Board, this is a high-profile role for a senior People leader who can bring both strategic direction and hands-on delivery.
The role
* Lead the UK People function through a key interim period
* Partner with the CEO and Board on people strategy and organisational priorities
* Oversee the delivery of core HR activity across the business
* Support organisational development, leadership capability, and employee engagement
* Lead on key areas including employee relations, reward, compliance, talent, and people operations
What we’re looking for
* Proven senior HR / People leadership experience
* Strong experience working in complex organisations
* Confidence operating at board level and influencing senior stakeholders
* Ability to lead across HR operations, talent, L&D, and reward
* A practical, credible, and commercially aware approach
* CIPD Level 5 or above is essential
* Education sector experience is helpful, but not essential
