Please find below further details regarding this position.About the RoleYou will manage a full and varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, supported by a collaborative team and modern case management systems. You will have the autonomy to run your files independently while benefiting from the firm’s strong administrative, paralegal, and partner support structure.Your caseload will include (but is not limited to):Adverse Possession ClaimsAdvice to Landlords, Management Companies & drafting Deeds of CovenantBuying and Selling Freehold & Leasehold PropertiesDrafting and advising on Deeds of TrustEnfranchisement mattersPreparing Ready-to-Sell PacksLease Extensions (statutory and informal)Re-mortgagingTransfers of Property OwnershipAbout You5+ years’ PQE in Residential Property LawStrong technical knowledge and the ability to handle complex mattersExcellent communication and client-care skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
