Overview
Chester FC Community Trust is looking to appoint friendly, reliable, and proactive Site Assistants to help with the day-to-day running of the King George V Community Sports Hub.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring the site is clean, safe, and welcoming, supporting the Site Manager in managing bookings, setting up equipment, assisting customers, and maintaining high standards of presentation and safety.

Role details
There are two permanent part-time positions available. Each is for 15 hours per week and a flexible approach is essential as the hours of work may vary to meet operational needs; the standard hours of work are between 5pm-10pm (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and 9am-4pm (Saturday and Sunday).
The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check and references. Weekend and evening work will be required, and there may be opportunities for additional hours may be available during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
* Open and close the site in line with operational procedures
* Ensure all areas (3G pitch, clubhouse, changing rooms) are clean, safe, and ready for use
* Set up and take down sports equipment safely and efficiently
* Deliver excellent customer service to all users and visitors
* Record and report any maintenance issues, incidents, or hazards
* Work closely with the Site Manager and team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Support community sessions, events, and programmes as required
