No previous experience is required as full training is provided, and you will learn the role on the job. Candidates with a manufacturing or machine-operating background will be highly desirable. Your Role as a Powder Coater Learning powder coating processes on the go Working within a manufacturing environment Preparing products for coating Supporting machine operation where required Maintaining safe working practices Working as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements No direct powder-coating experience required Manufacturing or machine-operating background desirable Willingness to learn and follow set procedures Good attention to detail Physically fit and reliable Positive team-focused attitude Pay & Shifts Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00 Friday: 06:00 - 15:00 30-minute unpaid break each day £12.21 per hour What's in it for you?
