The portfolio is circa 215m and spans retail, leisure, and offices with the largest percentage made up of prime retail within the historic city centre. The focus of the role is on lettings and will include lease negotiation; some development consultancy work which will include negotiation of development agreements and so expertise in planning and development would assist with this aspect of those disposals; and principally professional work - rent reviews and lease renewals. About You: Proven experience in a similar role, or agency environment. Planning & Development experience. Excellent knowledge of Landlord & Tenant principles and Practice. Well-developed negotiating skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team. Why Join Us?
