We’re currently recruiting Evening and Weekend Care Assistants to join our passionate, dedicated team supporting service users across Northwest and Central London.
Serving local communities across London, including:
Camden Town, Belsize Park, St Johns Wood, Marylebone, Mayfair, Hyde Park, Paddington, Westbourne Park, West Kilburn, Warrick Avenue,Lisson Grove.,
* Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.07per hour
We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week:
🌞 Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
🌙 Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Job Description
💙 What You’ll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, you’ll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
* Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
* Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
* Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
* Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
* Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
* Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships
* You’ll also:
o 🤝 Encourage social engagement and family connections
o 👀 Monitor health and report any changes
o 📝 Maintain accurate documentation
o 🛡️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
o 🧩 Work collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications
