Our Support Workers are crucial in providing assistance to customers in their homes after hospital discharge. Working alongside occupational therapists, we develop personalized reablement plans to help customers reach their goals. The team operates on a rotating schedule from 7 am to 10 pm, 365 days a year, ensuring continuous support.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will supervise Support Workers and ensure high standards of service delivery.
We welcome candidates with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience, and those interested in pursuing relevant qualifications.

Salary: £16.35 - £17.47 per hour, plus 10% unsocial hours for qualifying shifts.
